But this issue happend because of samsung software update only right?
Then why I should pay amount?
Because of samsung brand value only we are buying your products, you are assuring 3 to 5 years update,
But intensely, you are giving dispaly issue on 2 year old mobiles through software update. Not only me many users are facing same issue.
Samsung should change dispaly free of cost. Last 3 weeks I am struggling with this issue,literally l lost trust about samsung.
I am planning to raise a complaint in consumer court

Samsung should give out free green line issue screen replacements like Oneplus and also improve to more reliable hardware along with well check software updates.

I'm also asuffering with the same issue in my F 62 model. Can such problem be attributed to a customer for any of his negligence or for an legitimate software updates offered by the manufacturing company? Yes, my handset may be 3 yrs. old but it was running smoothly with no hitches till prior to Nov. update. Now I know for certain that if I move to any of the Service centre, I would be asked to pay repairing cost i.e., (replacement of display panel) which might be a cost price of lower range models.

Yes my mobile aslo samsung m52 Two years old mobile, after Nov update only.This dispaly issue happend, but samsung not accepting their issue, simply they are telling ther is no issue on their software, but here many users are facing same issue.
Finally I noticed here 2 or 3 years old mobiles samsung intensely bug software update to affect the dispaly.
