Samsung doesn't inbuilt any app lock data, monitor scale you may monitor or lock with third party apps.

Inbuilt s secure is not available but you can install it from galaxy store

And your device lacks knox security,hence secure folder cannot be implemented

Secure Folder requires Knox which is a both hardware & software based security and M31 doesn't have that hardware so it can't be provided through software update.

Samsung has inbuilt applock (you can see in app list ) but you can't access without s secure app

Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from unique users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature.
