All M31s users Let's call customer support and ask them about update and talk forcibly . If a large no. Of people will do this then perhaps they will awake and remember that they also launched a phone named M31s . Lets do it and call them for whole day .

I do it now what they say is that they told that "we're happy to announce that your device will receive the update by April 2021 " after this i grilled them and they don't have ans for my questions. I make their conversation so awful and ask them harshly

broken update? yeah m51 received update with some bugs and some existing features missing
