AUTOMATIC RESTART

my phone getting restart automatically. Does this problem is only for me or all the samsung users.i hope that my phone is not hacked or is ist a symptom that my phone got hacked. I send error reports through log files many times. But this problem is happening to me.

My new galaxy m31 1week old has its first restart within 5days.

Please check your auto restart if any entry of days and time is there delete all that and turn off.

i turn it off long time ago but the problem is repeating

No previously you would selected some day or time of restart which has to be removed if is off also.

I too got yesterday the same with my m30s. Tried out factory reset though but not working. Booked appointment with the Samsung service centre

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
