Why the 4G symbol keeps on changing to EDGE (2G) with no internet CONNECTIVITY every now and then. I have tried contacting my operator but they couldn't find anything wrong.  I have tried  network reset  and even turned off my secondary  4G  Sim  to 2G only but nothing helped. I have been facing this issue for quite long now. Any suggestions to overcome that obstacle?

You can do nothing about it. I was facing same problem and tried everything from changing SIM to getting into touch with Samsung service center when they changed the motherboard but nothing helped. Even I contacted the HO of Samsung but they said its an issue with Airtel network. The same Airtel SIM works fine with other brand handsets like MI and Realme but was only siwtching from 4g to 2g in Samsung M21.
So I suggest you don't bang your head with Samsung. They will only blame the mobile network. Buy another brand handset next time.
