airtel wifi calling not supported for your device because airtel not enlisted your device....try jio wifi calling they included your device already ....wifi calling depends on network provider only ..if they included your device in their lists then only you can perform otherwise not

Please contact your network provider..as in official airtel wifi calling link, j7 max has not been mentioned..may be they haven't updated devices list, so once have word with them
