My Samsung J7 Max video get hanged while playing any video either via YouTube/FaceBook/whatsapp or playing video stored on phone since 2-3 month , I suspect it's happening due to recent security patch installed or after updating of new android version update.does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed or samsung service centre may fix the issue?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

i clear all cache memory, even i reset the phone but the problem still occurs . I'm a student and i can't watch lecture and can't see the notes or written the board . the screen is like pause and sound continuously running.
