video codec not supported

Some of my videos are not playing . When i open them samaung video is just playing audio , and when i open that same video on mx player or any other player it successfully open and play.when i restart my device then it works successfully i mean after restart the device the video works normally bt after some time the problem came over again.

Do you gys have some sollution of it?

What should i do🙄🙄

its just the stock video app which cannot play several types og videos. vlc does the job though

you mean vlc player which pay videos?
if that so whats wrong with mx player?
it also play that same videos that samsung video don't play.🤔

i have solved rhe problem ..when i set my home wallpaper live video then my gallery video dont open .. I've delete my wallpaper and set a normal wallpaper. now its working properly without any errors. ..😊😊thank you gyz for your help ...😊

No only Hevc videos are not supported

try changing video extension to .mp4
