video call prob in j7 2016

after upgrading to naugat in j7 2016 i am unable to do video call. i called jio they told me its ur handset prob

Its a problem with every nougate device of Samsung

don't say this problem is in every Samsung device.
it's work fine in on nxt (64Gb), A7 2016/2017, s7, s8+ and in note 8

Have you tried native video calling on airtel or Vodafone or any other operator. And then tell me
