using smart switch phone update

Anyone tell me how to do software update using smart switch

ok when it shows the update, then you have to connect your mobile to pc before that you make sure smart switch is installed on both pc and on mobile.

internet is required. after connecting the mobile to pc there it it shows the update if available. click on the update and go through the process it will update. broadband connection is required because it installs the total software again without losing any data.

by connecting the phone in pc showing update is available then click on update update complete but not installed in device
