Perform below steps to restart your device:-
- Hold down the volume down key and the power button simultaneously for 7 seconds. Your device will restrt and display the Samsung logo.
- Follow standard charging procedure i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If the above steps didn't bring much luck to you kindly visit the autorised Samsung service center.
