I can't understand what's going on with samsung, I have samsung j6 2018(yes the newer one), the problem is that I haven't received even a single update like - no security updates after July, no 8.1 update, no samsung experience 9.5 update and going by this rate this product will receive android 9.0 afer 1.5 years from now. so can you please answer about the upcoming updates for this phone?
