after the installation of new update in my device thereafter the vibration is not working properly in my device. somtimes it doesnt work but after some time it automatically turned working. all the thing is happening after the installation of new update. please help me to solve the issue

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.

as per the instructions i reset app preferences but some time later it is happening again
