To remove the voice mail notification kindly go to phone>>3 dot>>settings>>voicemail>>select SIM>>voicemail settings>>change voicemail number to NOT SET. You can also clear the voicemail notification by clearing the phone application data from settings>>apps>>3 dot>>show system apps>>Phone>> clear data.
