this time android 10Q software update not come for j4 plus

Why are you not give to j4 plus customer

Samsung are promise to own  customers to give to two year OS updates but j4 and j4 plus is recieved on one's time update this is only android 9 pie

But second update is 10 not for this android 10

Kindly have some patience. As mentioned in the list of eligible models, the schedule and the list of eligible models may change in future. So don't worry and have some patience.
