today suddenly speaker is not working properly..at the starting time it's sound is normal..but as soon as it goes forward it's sound decreases automatically...what should i do now...
please help me...I'm worried about it as it has been not 1 uear of perchasing..

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to Settings>>Accessibility>>Hearing>>Mute all sound >> Enable and Disable.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
