i am facing network issues for same time after updated my j7 prime

last software update around 1.42MB and this update is almost solve my network problem but now i am facing network with jio 4g



please solve this problem Samsung. I requested to you.

2) Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.
3) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots.
4) Insert different SIM card in your mobile and check if the issue is resolved or not.
If still issue persists then we would suggest you to once contact with your service provider".

haven't faced the network issue with jio after the 1.47mb update.. try clearing cache from recovery and set jio to LTE only

jio is pathetic network.mostly problems originate from their side

right bro.I am facing same problem.then I change the sim card to AIRTEL.Now there is no issues with network.bro, leave jio and switch to AIRTEL.

may update is very bad update. network issues any 15 minutes.
june update not coming.
