J7 Max has taking upto 4 to 5 hrs for full charging.plz update and make changes to able fast charging?

My phone got fully discharged yesterday and i switched it off and put for charging. In around two hours it charged to around 72 percent. I left it and it stuck at 91% for around an hour .
Then i removed the charger and started using it.
When it got around 29% today i kept it for charging. Within 5 minutes it charged to 82%. Now again after 90% it is getting charged very slowly.
I sometimes feel Samsung has cheated on this phone.
