no j7 Prime has no any updates in future because it's to measure updates are complete noughat and Android 8.1 Oreo

purchased Samsung m 20 phone . not 20 days passed the touch screen creates problem. automatically touches the whole screen and touch freeze. have to lock and unlock the phone to work again. I removed the screen protector, hard reset the phone nothing works. Samsung say that you have to take the phone to service centre and got to repaired. a new phone got repaired , what type of joke it is.

it's 3 years old handset. So you will get any update in 4 or 6 months duration

You won't receive monthly security updates. You will receive quarterly, after every 3months
