secure folder

I can't get access to secure folder anymore. Even though it shows folder, I'm unable to open it and it shows android system crash.

and you purchased your mobile from samsung finance emi or not ?

once Reboot in safemode

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

first check device knox tripped or not by knox checker

this happens when I click app icon. and after I touched the turn on button it automatically goes back to home screen. and sometimes it shows android system crashed.

that's why told ...first check your device knox is tripped or not ...if knox tripped then you can't use secure folder anymore or if not then restart your device ,clean secure folder data from app settings then check
