secure folder

I am not able to use my secure folder, but my device is also unroot ,it doesn't open, i had reset my phone also but still it doesn't work 😟😟

m20 secure folder? 🤣🤣🤣your device don't support Knox security bro..how you can install it?it's hardware related...only m10s have secure folder among all m series

I have been using secure folder .but it's not responding from last 20 days. I don't why its showing it disable and it's enabling what so ever.
please help me.
