secure folder

I am not able to use my secure folder, but my device is also unroot ,it doesn't open, i had reset my phone also but still it doesn't work 😟😟

first go to navigation bar check there secure folder then tap there to enable or disable

did you ever tried to install stock firmware or something?because sometimes this type of message shows when Knox security is tripped

Check your knox status first.Download - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bryancandi.knoxcheck
this app from playstore and check Knox Warranty status from it.It should be 0×0.If it's 0×1 then your knox is tripped and you can't use secure folder and other knox apps.
Also if it is 0×0 then try these methods-
1)Do a factory reset.
2)Reflash your phones firmware through Odin.
3)Clear data of Secure folder.Uninstall its updates and Reinstall the updates again.
4)Visit service center and check it there.
