Galaxy Jthis app from playstore and check Knox Warranty status from it.It should be 0×0.If it's 0×1 then your knox is tripped and you can't use secure folder and other knox apps.
Also if it is 0×0 then try these methods-
1)Do a factory reset.
2)Reflash your phones firmware through Odin.
3)Clear data of Secure folder.Uninstall its updates and Reinstall the updates again.
4)Visit service center and check it there.
