Hi, my phone is J7 pro. I have been using this for past 10 months. but two days ago I started noticing the speaker volume is so low that I couldn't hear anything. at first I thought the volume was set to medium. but there wasn't any problem when I checked. the volume was set to high. is there any way I can fix this.
One more thing. I don't know if it is the problem but just have to say. I bought a new earphone (Phillips) and then connected to the phone. since then, the sound from speaker is reduced.
