After pie update on my phone (j7 neo) I Can't find multi-window option...

in android pie Multi window option has been mobed as well as renamed. please ref to android.com for more details

Till Oreo, the multi window mode was option (which means users could enable or disable this feature from settings as they wish). But now in Pie, this feature is enabled by default.
U just gotta go to recent screen & tap on an app's icon, u will find "open in split screen option"

yeap!! I figured it out an hour ago..thanks......

Just click on recent apps
and here you will gonna see all your open apps
click on small icon at the center of open apps
you will find an option of multi window(apps supporting this feature)
Note: After pie update..this is the way to activate multi window option..
