why my otg is no working in my mobile

please make sure that OTG is inserted properly some time my otg doesn't work but dont insert full but just the half of it MAY it work!
Otherwise go to samsung service centre

We apologize as you are unable to use the OTG cable with the device. Kindly use B type OTG cable to connect pendrive with the device. Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps to fix the connectivity issue:

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
