no audio on Bluetooth headset in Samsung j7 prime..

for example : you are listening song in wynk , and suddenly close the apps and reopen it ...now sound will come up from phone speaker instead of bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker.
i am using samsung uflex headset (bluetooth 4.2) and iball 5.1 bluetooth speaker(bluetooth 4.0) and mobile j7 prime.. I am having two j7 prime.. have been facing issue on these two mobiles..

resolved... issue is with wynk music player only..that's the culprit.. i have uninstalled it.. special thanks to samsung customer care for prompt support and let me know about save mode..
