Galaxy Jit is not resolving by restarting the device. i am facing the same issue from more than 8 months.
Even the latest update of the phone not able to serve any kind of help.

Galaxy JAnd there is a way which solves this problem completely by formatting your device which is not a good option according to me but it is effective this formatting trick was used on my friends j7 duo and it worked well.

To resolve "device lagging" issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
