just uninstall it. again install it

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> My airtel app >> Clear data and force stop.
- Update the My airtel app from play store.

Have done exactly as you said. When i reopened the application it asks for my number and otp and once done it enters and the app closes automatically. each and every time i have to go the browser to check my plans and more. Pls rectify this i am using samsung galaxy j7. Even i posted in the google play store recently and you sent the above details to my email but nothing changed.
