Pls let us know why msg app not working properly because I m not able to send any msg from my Samsung j7 prime phn

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Open message app > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > Settings > More setting >Text message > Message center > Remove the number > Rewrite the correct message center number >Save.

Note: Contact to the network service provider to know the message center number.

2. Check with another SIM card.

3. Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
