I had bought Samsung J7 Pro few months back. Now it has some errors coming in it. whenever i am using my phone the app is suddenly closed and it comes back me to the Home screen and message is there the app i.e - chrome has stopped working and then all the apps icons disappears for a few seconds and then after few seconds all applications comes one by one in the application menu. It occurs always in a day. The error occurs especially in chrome and Youtube... why is that so....as i have fully updated the software version.... but it still occurs regularly. Tell me the solution of my problem as soon as possible.
And 1 more question - there is any limit in internal storage i.e- 64 gb to free it so that my phone does not have any issue in future.
Pelase solve the problem as soon as possible.

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

Regarding the device storage Samsung recommend to keep 20% free of internal storage to run device smoothly.
