SAMSUNG PAY APP PROBLEM

PROBLEM
Recently when i open Samsung pay app, it shows a pop up “ update Samsung pay’’ A new version of the Samsung pay is available, update app to continue, shows 2 options as…
Cancel OR update
When I update, it download a 34 MB update and installation starts but at the end it shows massage … ‘’ fail to install the update’’
When I cancels it exists the app and cannot proceed further to open app.
I have done all the trouble shooting like
• Uninstalling updates from setting.. app.. uninstall updates
• clear cache data
• clear data
• clear download manager data
• Removing Samsung account from device, and now I am not able to add account as it shows ..sign in..when I sign in ..it asks for update and whole process returns to start, that cannot install the update
• calling customer care and they their self through smart tutor and remote access have done all trouble shooting
• restarting device
Please help as I have no cards or upi data on my Samsung pay app neither I can start the app..
