My j7 pro seemed to be working great till recently i was busy to charge it in the morning it was at 24% and dropped very quickly to 1% in half an hour and operated another half an hour at 1% battery then died. It has some battery issues as sometimes it will run 15-20 mins on 75% and then roll to 72% quickly. Please fix this problem.

Please do a factory reset if optimisation is not working.

Run your mobile in safe mode to find out the faulty third party app creating the problem n delete them if problem continues go to service and change the battery
