Galaxy J- Open play store settings >> Auto update app >> Disable.
- Open play store >> 3 bar >> My apps >> stop all the update.
- Check with different Internet connection.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Play store >> force stop.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Play store >> Storage >> clear data.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
