J7 max user can't do anything .
Paying high amount of money and getting nothing.
Waste of money..
Samsung community is wrost plantform getting no response .
We j7 max user are wasted money..
When oreo came we are not getting new feature
Because they will say chip processer  so we can't give.

Samsung dont give oreo update we dont want update anymore.
.j7 max user are broken due to change in update date.

Everyone is saving money to purchase best smartphone to get good feature and update.
So waste money..

Completely agreed.Other brands started to give Android Pie update in budget segment but Samsung can't provide Oreo to J7 Max.

coz the update has not still reached to mediateck helio p20 chipset how can samsung upgrade it's users if the processor would not be compatible
