After 8 months facing problem of connecting network like hotspot Wi-Fi I and sometimes it takes lot time to to turn on sometime screen doesn't working give update to phone to work normally

well check internal storage. Is it full ?
empty it a litte by transferring to sd card.

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1- Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset setting.

2- Reset network settings

3- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Wi-Fi).

4- Kindly update your device by latest software update via FOTA
