charging problems

j7 prime-the battery is not able to reach 100 even after 4-5 hr of charging. i am on the latest version and one more problem the automatically vibrate even when there is no notification. please provide an update for the battery chargering and battery life issue. it goes 82 or 86 max why its not going 100. and this started happening after the update.

Same with me after updating. It's taking 4 hour atleast.
