censor problem

I'm using j7 prime for last 3 years, but now it's censor is not working. Call censor, message censor and charging censor also. What to do now? Please give me some suggestions please.

same problem where i have faced in past, but at present i exchanged my phone with a50s. Then my issue has been solved. upgrade ur phone

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset setting.
2. Run your device in safe mode.
