Dear sir I buy samsung j7 pro on 9 feb 2018. I face the problem regarding media speaker. When i call some one then phone speaker get turn on automatically during call. I chat on samsung member and did that they tell me like factory reset the phone, reset app preferences, also send log file but there is no change in my bug i still face same problem. After that i go to Samsung care and tell him the issue. They done software flash in my phone. After flashing the software by samsung care my phone works ok but next day the same problem are held there. I requested to you sir kindly properly diagnose the phone software with your end and release the new online update of j7 pro software.
