Why my samsung device have speaker problem please solve this issue

Speaker problem in my device Samsung j7 pro but phone is running smooth and updated and also my always on display not work properly

You need to visit service centre and inspect your device to them.

But its really difficult bcs i am living far away where Samsung service centre not available and its a software issue not hardware thanks for suggestion
