Bro I think j7 prime is a 2016 model

As it is now 5 years since it launched and u have got all the ui updates and security patch that samsung promised to give on this phone at that time ..

So u won't get any update any more..
No android company gives 5 years update for a 2016 model ..

These update policy were announced recently ...

Can't do anything about this ..

If u need new updates and features better u buy new phone ..if ur phone is working perfectly then use till it last and then buy a new one
