I had done a Nougat update to my Samsung galaxy j7 prime and after the update I have lost my data connectivity to almost 60 percent. I get the 4g logo and instantly it becomes h+ within a second. I get the 4g network at places where there is a strong 4g network but my other Samsung j7 2016 works completely in 4g mode. The volte also seems to be lost at most times and I have to work with only 3g speed. I have also checked my airtel sim in my other phone it works fine. I have also done a factory reset couple of times and have also landed the phone at a Samsung service centre at Vasco,Goa they had installed a new Nougat OS but still the problem persists. Please help.
