My phone was showing an error heading INTEGRITY VERIFICATION ERROR and format device option was there. I just restarted my phone and everything goes as they were. What was that? Is there any problem ?

Unfortunately if your device is already stuck in the boot loop, there isn't much you can do as far as backing up that one particular application. Once you perform the update or the factory reset, you should be able to use SmartSwitch to restore the application, along with any other items you had backed up to your Samsung account.
very critical error format or reset only way.

But I simply restarted mah phone...Then everything become as usual. Is problem can be still there ?

ok you mean your mobile now running properly and loop problem gone ? ... but you must be backup your data to pc or external drive and send your system error report to Samsung.
