Regarding unwanted app check these settings

1) first open galaxy store>settings >disable marketing choice/Get News and Special Offers

2) set "never" to auto update app

3) go to customisation service >disable galaxy store from there

and whenever you update galaxy store or reset your device, and after that if you open Galaxy store you will get the option as i attached image, so untick all in recommendation and untick for marketing choice

i am saying about updates . last update i got like these apps

Just change the device bro. J7 prime is a 4½ year old device so it's value is already decreased to Samsung so maybe it will get an update once a year.
I have also J7 Prime but as a secondary device, I shifted to A51 1 year ago.
