Bro, official timeline is September and let them.
take sometime to release it for your device..(because these days quality check of samsung software is not that great)..

The processor of j6 plus is quad core, I think this may be the reason.. because the digital wellbeing and lot of other feature of android 10 continuously needs to run in background which needs another set of cores(like in octa core processors), so that device run smoothly without draining battery. Optimization would be taking time.
Also due to LOCKDOWN testing and update department of india are running low of man power.
