Update not completing

My J5 prime is stuck at Android is Upgrading (Preparing Devicetest) since more than half an hour..pls suggest a possible solution

I think its stuck with booting, possible solution can be holding power off key for some seconds and let the phone reboot again

Disclaimer- Haven't faced the same situation but general opinion

reboot it by pressing volum down key and power key
