I am using myJ7 prime since 2016. It is a very good midrange device in my opinion. Display quality is still way better than some of the Chinese phones. Here are some props and cons:
Pros:
1. Easy to use
2. Good battery backup
3. Minimal lags
4. Good display quality
5. Metal body
6. Good camera quality in outdoor.
7. Tough and rugged device

Cons:
1. No updates (still on Android 8.1) 
 
2. Outdated security patch
3. Loud Speaker position is not great
4. Gets hot while doing multitasking

Overall it is a legendary device. It gives a good vibe of 2016 era.

I've also used for one year. Really it's great device but i will advice kindly don't use cz there are no os update and more than that no security update so that can trouble your data and mat cause data breech many kind of issue basically it's not secure.
Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

I unlocked its bootloader, installed many custom ROMs, GSIs. I have tried atleast 25+ custom roms and gsis😂. Even flashed android 12. Now I am back to the stock.

Your device is not eligible for the Android OS update and the security patch updates. However, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

Galaxy device sound issue: Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.

Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.

Check device volume settings: Tap on Settings > Sound & vibration>Volume > Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

Clear Sound Picker data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Sound Picker> Storage> Clear data of Sound Picker.

Clear Sound Alive data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Sound Alive> Storage> Clear data.

Clear Adapt sound data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Adapt Sound> Storage> Clear data.

Reset app preferences: Settings> Apps> Three dots> Reset app preferences> Reset.
