i have purchase a samsunj galaxy j7 in april 2016 that was very nice and the camera quality is awsome but again i purchase same phone in 4th of july 2016 oh my god i think i am a larze foolish person of this world because the camerquality are not standing on the quality of samsung.when i compare this phon with my previous galaxy j7 all things r same but camera is not same . very low quality camera in my second j7 at compare to my previous j7. the camera of this phone like camera quality of any chines phone. after two days of purchase i report in samsung care butthey cant taking any action . this type of behave by samsung with his coustomer are not acceptable . i think i report all the problem in consumer court.

If you buy online than try to replace from there and buy from offline than talk with them.

There are only problem with Samsung j7 but no solution to Samsung it means if u brought Samsung means u brought only problem, due to this negligencey of Samsung i hate Samsung and advice to all my friends please keep distance with all products of Samsung.

This seems to be a hardware issue as Galaxy J7 has very good quality in camera.
If you have purchased J7 2016 online you can return/exchange mobile or you can contact Samsung Service Centre.
