Since 2019 🤬🤬we all are waiting for android 9 Pie update. I think yes, Samsung is dead. Or Samsung ignoring to their users. We all are know

 We're waiting for a very long time. This is definitely wrong and not fair with us. Samsung promised that they will provide two major OS upgrade will provide to their own users. But, I think Samsung is super biggest lier in the world. Now, I never buy any Samsung products again in my life and incoming future. Because today I know that Samsung is lier. Otherwise Samsung have to provide us our 2nd OS upgrade to our J7 max. As soon as possible. As fast as possible. Because I bought in 18k.

Most probably there won't be an update for Samsung J series phone.

Samsung has now moved on to making A series and M series phone

Samsung is currently working on android 11. No chance that you will get android 9 in future. But may get some patch updates .
