Secure folder missing

Hello i am unable to see secure folder in my apps on home screen. plz help to retrieve it. Even though in the setting > Apps> application.... i can see it but not on home screen nor able to open it?? My phone is J7 prime 3gp.

go to the notification bar and then open secure folder there then it comes to your apps

just pull down quick panel & look for secure folder icon, touch that icon and it will turn blue now look in home screen
