Guys,
I m using Samsung j7 prime & today i got an issue that my phone internet is not working i tired serveal methods but still it's not fixed 
I have data plan available , & phone internet is on but internet doesn't works.
I m now on wifi 

Can anyone help me ?

Are you using VI sim? If ,so Do you have atleast 1 rs in your sim balance. I am using VI sim & some time due to insuficient balance i.e less than 1rs balance i did not able to use internet eventhough i have data plans. If so then do recharge of 10Rs. If its not working then do reset or hard reset your phone. Or visit Samsung Care.

Ok ,then let exam finish. Then, install smartswitch in to your phone + PC. Connect both through data cable & use it for data backup & reset phone through smart switch. Once phone reset you will able to restore your data through same app.


Smartswitch is Samsung own software so, its easy to use & safe. However, it would be good to take all data backup manually first on other device then use smart switch app ,in case smartswitch failed then atleast you have your data which you manually take on other device.


Note :- if ,you visit Samsung care they most probably do the same thing or reinstall latest firmware on your phone.So, now there's no choice other than doing reset phone.😅
